Third Property Management Class Graduates
On March 18, the third class of students graduated from NHSNYC’s Principles of Property Management Course.
The group of twenty-five attended eight evening classes at St. Francis College in Downtown Brooklyn. Their backgrounds ranged from small landlords, real estate agents, and multi-family property buyers to property managers seeking to deepen their knowledge as well as job seekers and career changers looking for a fresh start.
Taught by NHSNYC Director of Property Management and Training Services, Tywan Anthony, as well as industry experts, topics included finances, maintenance, tenant communications, industry trends, and more.
