On July 11, 2026, Neighborhood Housing Services of NYC (NHSNYC) proudly joined a broad coalition of community and industry partners for the 3rd Annual Real Estate Expo: Financial Literacy Summit at The City College of New York.
Designed to expand access to homeownership, financial literacy, and wealth-building opportunities, the event connected first-time homebuyers, homeowners, small landlords, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs with trusted experts and practical resources.
The Expo was presented through a collaborative partnership led by Rashèedah (RB) Brown (RB The Realtor) that included NHSNYC, Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement (HCCI), 500 Men Making a Difference, Harlem Community Development Corporation (HCDC), Community Housing Innovations (CHI), the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the KEE Path Foundation.
We at NHSNYC extend our gratitude to Rashèedah Brown, all collaborating organizations, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, staff, and attendees whose commitment made the event possible. We look forward to building on this momentum and participating in future events that help New Yorkers achieve sustainable homeownership, housing stability, and generational wealth.
