Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City (NHSNYC), a leading nonprofit organization and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to empowering individuals and families through homeownership and financial education, is pleased to announce the formation of its new Advisory Board for the term 2024-2026.

Comprised of esteemed leaders and experts from various sectors, the Advisory Board (AB) will provide strategic guidance to NHSNYC’s Executive Leadership on a range of topics including organizational operations, resource development, and program innovation. Members of the Advisory Board will advise the Executive Leadership Team on matters within their areas of expertise, serving as an invaluable resource to anticipate and address challenges and to explore opportunities to innovate and grow the organization’s efficiency, resources, and impact.

The appointed members of the NHSNYC Advisory Board for the 2024-2026 term are:

    • Raveesh Kumar, Chief Executive, US Operations, Bank of Baroda
    • Robert Lehrman, Lodestone Banking Consultancy
    • Patrick McEnerney, Freedom Mortgage Corporation
    • Lydia Nugent, MetLife (Retired)
    • Irma Valdez, Real Estate Agent, Corcoran
