NHSNYC offers accessible, affordable, and tailored education programs and counseling services that enable individuals and families to successfully buy and maintain their homes in New York City.
Lending Services
As a federally certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), NHSNYC originates and facilitates mortgages, loans, and grants to help eligible clients buy their homes, make critically needed repairs, and maintain homeownership in New York City.
Assistance Programs
Partnering with public and private organizations, NHSNYC administers city-wide programs that assist our clients with their home buying and home repair needs.
