• New Home Repair Loans & Grants, including Rapid Repair: an emergency repair loan; Home, a repair and renovation loan, and Reimagining Home, an emergency repair grant of up to $7,500.
• Insurance and Resiliency Program, affording homeowners, tenants, home buyers, and small landlords the information they need to select and benefit from home, flood, and renter’s insurance to protect their homes and finances.
• Tenant Support Services, providing expert guidance, advocacy, and resources to protect renters’ rights and keep families secure in their homes.
