Susan M. Ifill has been NHSNYC’s Chief Executive Officer since 2016. Ms. Ifill joined the organization in 2010 as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Her career began at the Bank of New England—which was ultimately acquired by Bank of America—where she worked for 28 years until retiring in 2006. She is a certified Six-Sigma Green Belt and 2014 inductee in the Sigma Beta Delta National Honor Society, which operates in 375 management and business school programs. Ms. Ifill sits on a number of boards, including Chair of the Board of Trustees for Cambridge College in Boston, and on the Board of Directors for Habitat NYC Community Development Fund. She is an Advisory Board member for First Republic Bank, Ocwen Financial Group, and the MPA program at Kean University.
Rashidat Jimoh has served as Controller at NHSNYC since November 2017. She started with the organization in 2010 as an accountant and has more than a decade of experience in accounting, with particular strength in preparing and analyzing financial reports and streamlining processes for effective and efficient deliverables. She previously held the position of NHSNYC’s Loan Portfolio Manager between 2015 and 2017. Currently as the Controller, Ms. Jimoh’s goal has been to help the organization run efficiently and at low cost while monitoring to ensure that there is adequate revenue to cover expenses. She also manages external relationships with other organizations, government agencies, and private entities. Ms. Jimoh started her career in Nigeria as an accountant. She was a Manager at an oil and gas servicing company before she relocated to the U.S. in 2008.
Ms. Jimoh is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in Accounting from Baruch College. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. Ms. Jimoh is currently working on obtaining her master’s degree in taxation from Baruch College.
Donald Prusock is an attorney with an extensive background in community development in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He joined NHSNYC as Chief Administrative Officer at the start of 2017, following several years as the Director of Human Resources for Stellar Management, a real estate development and management company. He began his career as an attorney with New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and moved on to the Community Preservation Corporation, a nonprofit lending institution financing affordable housing. Mr. Prusock then joined Fleet Bank’s Community Development Department and rose to the position of Vice President and Corporate Manager for Regulatory Affairs where he supervised CRA regulatory compliance for the corporation. Mr. Prusock is a graduate of Boston University Law School and Brooklyn College and has served on the board of directors for Neighbors Helping Neighbors in Brooklyn and the Albany Housing Coalition.
Christine Hsu is Director of Resource Development at NHSNYC and manages the organization’s fundraising portfolio. Her experience prior to joining NHSNYC in the Spring of 2019 includes managing fundraising operations, marketing, and communications at Girl Rising, a global girls’ education nonprofit; overseeing the fundraising strategy, individual giving program, and events calendar at Regional Plan Association, an urban planning nonprofit think-tank; and directing public programs and board recruitment at Governors Island Alliance, a public park advocacy organization. Ms. Hsu holds a BA in Urban Studies from Barnard College.
Delia Edwards-Holmes serves as Director of Human Resources at NHSNYC and joined the organization in 2016. Ms. Edwards-Holmes is a Human Resources professional with experience in the full spectrum of HR services. In her role at NHSNYC, she focuses on all HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Benefits Coordination, Human Capital Management, and Payroll Coordination.
Prior to entering the not-for-profit field, Ms. Edwards-Holmes spent over ten years as a Human Resources Director in the private sector working at Tritium Card Services, Inc. During her time with Tritium, Ms. Edwards-Holmes managed benefits, onboarding, training, payroll, recruiting, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations. In addition, she was responsible for Licensing Compliance in all states where Tritium Card Services was licensed to work. Ms. Edwards-Holmes completed her undergraduate studies at Bernard M. Baruch College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
As Director of Lending Services, Don Nash provides direction and oversight of the lending department and portfolio management operations of NHSNYC. Mr. Nash joined the organization in 2018 and has more than 20 years’ experience as a real estate and mortgage professional in correspondent and retail production. He served as National Underwriting Manager for Aames Capital Corporation and Vice President of Mortgage Operations for Equity Mortgage Services. Mr. Nash is an active member of the United Nations Association of New York as an advocate for the spread of democracy and equality. His social work has contributed greatly to his commitment to the vision of promoting homeownership in low- to moderate-income communities. Mr. Nash earned a BS in Organizational Leadership from Biola University with post graduate studies in Theology at Oxford University.
Patricia Primo is the Director of Homeownership Services at NHSNYC and has been with the organization since 2008. Ms. Primo is responsible for overseeing all first-time homebuyer programs offered through NHSNYC’s Homeownership Center. She also manages NHSNYC’s limited-equity housing cooperative technical assistance and foreclosure counseling programs.
Prior to joining NHSNYC, Ms. Primo worked in the mortgage industry for over 13 years. Her background includes work with Chase as a mortgage processor/junior underwriter, Citibank as a Community Mortgage Officer, and Washington Mutual as a Mortgage Sales Manager. Ms. Primo has a Degree in Public Communication from the University of Guyana. She also has a Certificate in Credential and Substance Abuse and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Medgar Evers College.
