Free Informational Seminar regarding the 320 Sterling Street Co-ops in Crown Heights Brooklyn. 50 available Co-op apartments will be available for purchase in 2010. The event will discuss eligibility, layout, homebuyer education and assistance, and the application process. Preferences are given to residents of Community Board 9.This event is sponsored the the Urban Homstead Assistance Board (UHAB), the NYC Partnership Housing and Development Fund, Inc. and Neighborhood Housing Services of East Flatbush.
